Hi yes the box was damaged when delivered even though it had fragile handle with care stickers on . The item is actually for my daughter’s birthday in august. I did how ever open the box to see if it’s okay but I didn’t want to mess around with the wrapping because it’s so nice and that is one of the reasons why I choose Gigi & Co . I don’t think it’s damaged as it’s wrapped so well. I won’t actually know until august time but 🤞 thank you .
Ps . I do have a photo of the box if you want to complain to the delivery company.
